"I’ve always seen the world through a slightly more colorful lens. Though I’m a proud West Texas girl at heart, I now bounce between these different parts of the country letting each place feed a different part of my creative soul.
I’m a self-taught artist who first fell in love with painting during my senior year of high school- and that spark never left. With a background in landscape and home design, I’ve spent much of my life surrounded by shapes, spaces, and color stories.
Today, my favorite muse is the natural world: the quiet glory of a blooming cactus, the softness of cloudlight, the joy in a bird’s wing, or even a cheeky little animal with a cocktail in hand. I paint in watercolor, acrylic, and inks, though I’m especially drawn to the freedom and drama of large acrylic pieces. Whether I’m working on a blown floral, a bold abstract, or a Texas-inspired landscape, my goal is always the same—to capture beauty in motion and to remind others that magic is often hiding in plain sight.
I believe creativity lives in all of us; sometimes, we just need a little color to wake it up."
